About Me
There are few things in life that bring me more joy than helping people like you move from "eh" to "HELL YES" in your life and career.
I strongly believe that life is too short to be in work or interpersonal relationships that bring us down rather than lift us up. Our time here is limited and I'm determined to help you make the absolute most of it.
As a coach, I'm deeply passionate about creating the space for you to pause, breathe, and look at your life from new perspectives- especially the helicopter view. I see what you're capable of (hint* hint* more than you think possible!) and my goal is to help you see it too.
I’ve been on the giving and receiving end of coaching and I know intimately how powerful this process can be. I wholeheartedly believe in its ability to break us out of our spinning minds and into our intuition where the truth lives.
I can't wait to see where coaching will take you.

Background
Ever since I was little, I knew (without having the exact language) that I wanted to work in the "people development field" in some way. This thread has been consistent throughout my career. After graduating from college with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, I went on to teach ESL in Costa Rica. Following those adventures, I worked in educational and workforce development nonprofits in the Bay Area for 10+ years. Since starting my coaching business, I've clocked over 2500 hours doing my very best work to date - the work I feel called on this earth to do: helping my clients step into their power and fulfill their career & life aspirations.
My roots are planted firmly in the Midwest (Nebraska to be specific) and my wings are very happily spread here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm married to my love and we have two awesome daughters.
Purpose-driven Projects
Anti-Racism Book Club: I formed this learning group in the Spring of 2020 for people who have benefitted from systemic racism to come together to unlearn what we’ve been taught and relearn a more balanced, true version of US history and experiences. There is an advocacy component as well. If you’d like to start your own subgroup, please email me at annie@annienoggcoaching.com to learn more!
“Building the World We Want” series: Coaching is all about finding what we care about most and building careers & lives that align with those values. I believe that once we do this on the individual level, we can do this on broader scales as well- in our communities and in our world. In this series, I highlight advocates and activists. My hope is that by hearing from those who are acting, we’ll feel motivated to go for it ourselves! We are living in a crucial time in history; we all need to step up and do our parts.
